Helping healthcare providers prosper
Helping healthcare providers prosper
Healthcare providers (doctors, dentists, nurses, therapists, counselors, etc.) spend years in school to practice medicine, benefitting the community.
However, there is the added challenge of running a business on top of providing medical services— filling out endless forms, worrying about bills, complying with changing regulatory policies, renewing credentials, and/or feeling burnt out. And then repeat daily.
Broad Run Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) offers to make a practice more streamlined and thriving. Supporting providers to succeed is our success.

About us
Broad Run Healthcare RCM is an expanding affiliation of Revenue Cycle Managers, certified by the Medical Revenue Management Association of America (MRMAA). In the spring of 2024, we established an office in Manassas, Virginia, to serve the healthcare practices locally and regionally.
The site manager is Sirian Thepsoumane. He is a US Army veteran with 28 years of service in the fields of telecommunications and information technology. Throughout his military career, countless numbers of medical doctors, dentists, nurses, therapists, and counselors have kept him medically fit to fight our nation’s wars in many overseas tours of duty. Supporting healthcare providers is a small way for him to give back to those who helped him along the way.
Sirian is a resident of Prince William County, Virginia. He has lived and worked around the DC-Maryland-Virginia area for over thirteen years. He is a Certified Medical Revenue Manager (CMRM) from MRMAA. Sirian has a bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis from Texas A&M University - College Station and a master’s degree focused on International Relations from the University of Oklahoma - Norman. In his spare time he volunteers for veteran causes, underserved communities, scouting and disabled youth programs, and spiritual ministry to the elderly.
